Cunape de Bolivia
Recipe of Cunape
1 ½ cup starch (if you can get Yucca starch, it’ll taste better)
4 cups of grated cheese
¼ cup of white wine
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
Mix the dry ingredients. Then add the other ingredients, eggs, milk and wine.
Knead this dough carefully until it is soft. Then make little balls.
You can also make it in shapes, like little braids, or circles. Put them on a baking dish,
buttered and floured.
Take them to a medium hot oven for 20minutes.
You’ll love them when you serve them as an appetizer with a glass of white wine.
